Libertas Tuscan Hideaway’s swimming pool is set in a beautiful panoramic position in the garden. It measures 5 x 10 m, has large steps for access to the water, and a depth from ca. 120 to 200 cm. The pool has chlorine purification, is serviced once a week and is open from May to September. There is also an outdoor shower and a barrel sauna fitting 4 people in the garden.

The garden is south-facing, framed by trees and surrounded by a manicured lawn with several daybeds, sunbeds and umbrellas, all bordered by a discreet high hedge. There is an outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola, as well as a separate first floor terrace with lounge sofas and umbrellas, and a roof terrace with 360-degree views.

Both rooms are fully climatized (like all other indoor areas at Libertas Tuscan Hideaway) and can be closed off to protect small children thanks to lockable glass doors. Libertas Tuscan Hideaway also offers 6 e-bikes for your biking adventures in Tuscany’s countryside (bring your own helmets).

Its unique location makes it a perfect base from which to explore both Tuscany’s beautiful nature and cultural highlights, as well as its world-famous wineries. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Libertas Tuscan Hideaway can be booked for a minimum of 5 nights for up to 8 people. Prices listed are per night without board. Prices include the following:
- Exclusive use of Libertas Tuscan Hideaway including its own pool for the duration of the stay
- Check-in: 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival
- Check-out: 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
- Full set of towels, pool towels and bedsheets. Mid-week towel exchange provided free of charge, if desired
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection
- Use of the washer and dryer
- Use of the sauna
- Wallbox for charging electric vehicles (€100 charge per week applies, please inform us upon booking)
- Two garage spaces and additional parking spaces in front of the house
- One baby bed / cot and high chair provided free of charge
- Final cleaning of € 275 not included in the rent
- Tourist tax: By Italian law, tourists are obliged to pay the “Tourist Tax” of 2€ per night (for each person 12 years or older)*. This is not included in the rental price for Libertas Tuscan Hideaway and must be paid separately on site.
- Please note that all amenities provided are an indication only. In case individual amenities should temporarily not be available or working as indicated, this is not a reason to decrease the rent or conditions of booking.
Cancellation policy:
If you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- More than 3 months before departure – no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month before departure – 25% of the booking value
- 1 month to 1 week before departure – 50% of the booking value
- In the last week before departure – 90% of the booking value
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the booked travel price.
Pets: Small pets are allowed at Libertas Tuscan Hideaway at an extra cost of €100 per week. Please contact us for details.
Wallbox: Please let us know upon booking of you would like to use the wallbox to charge your electric car at an extra cost of €100 per week.
Services / private driver: While the villa comes without any services, we can make contact for you to a private driver for winery and other tours according to your wishes. We can also provide a contact for a pizza baking class nearby.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at Libertas Tuscan Hideaway.
