By Italian law, tourists must pay a “tourist tax” of €2 per night for each person 12 years of age or older. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately through PayPal Friends, credit card payment or a bank transfer.

Yes, the final cleaning fee is €275 and is not included in the rent.
If you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply: More than 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee. 3 months to 1 month before arrival– cancellation fee is 25% of the booking value. Less than 1 month before arrival– cancellation fee is 100% of the booking value (we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in case we can find new guests for that period). Prices are listed per night without board. The rental includes exclusive use of the villa, including its private pool. Additional details on pricing, including electricity consumption, can be provided upon booking.
Yes, the villa is family-friendly, offering amenities suitable for families, including a baby bed/cot provided free of charge.
The villa is strategically located for easy access to popular tourist destinations in Tuscany, including Siena, Florence, and the Chianti region.
Your stay includes:
- Exclusive use of Libertas Tuscan Hideaway including its own pool for the duration of the stay (pool open May to September)
- Check-in: 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival
- Check-out: 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
- Full set of towels, pool towels and bedsheets. Mid-week towel exchange provided free of charge, if desired
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection
- Use of the washer and dryer
- Use of the sauna
- Wallbox for charging electric vehicles (charge applies, please request upon booking)
- Two garage spaces and additional parking spaces in front of the house
- One baby bed / cot and high chair provided free of charge
Libertas Tuscan Hideaway is approximately 90km (70 minutes) from Florence Airport and 125km (130 minutes) from Pisa Airport.
Libertas Hideaway can be booked by the week for up to 8 people. To make a reservation, visit our website or contact our team for any special requests.
The best part is that, unlike many other Tuscan homes, Libertas Tuscan Hideaway is easily accessible by automobile on paved roads rather than dirt roads with potholes. Since driving is the most convenient way to get around, we strongly advise bringing your own vehicle or renting one. For those who decide not to rent a car, there are other ways to get around, such as taxis or local car services.
The Tuscany region offers a variety of outdoor activities. Guests can explore hiking trails and biking routes and take advantage of complimentary e-bikes provided by the villa. You can also check in the guest guide what places you can visit nearby!
Absolutely! When booking, we provide the guests with a guest guide with all the recommended restaurants and places to visit.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Libertas Tuscan Hideaway, since the owners have an allergy. Thanks for your understanding.
Yes, there are several grocery stores and local markets within a short drive from Libertas Hideaway. When booking we provide the guests with a guest guide that has a list of all the markets nearby.
