Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– More than 3 months before departure – no cancellation fee
– 3 months to 1 month before departure – 25% of the booking value
– 1 month to 1 week before departure – 50% of the booking value
– In the last week before departure – 90% of the booking value
– In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the booked travel price.
Yes, there are several grocery stores and local markets within a short drive from Libertas Hideaway.
Your stay includes:
– Exclusive use of Libertas Hideaway with its private pool
– Check-in at 4:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.
– Towels, pool towels, and bed sheets
– Free Wi-Fi
– Use of the washer and dryer
– Use of the sauna
– Wall box for charging electric vehicles
– Note that electricity consumption on top of a certain allotted consumption is charged separately (details provided upon booking)
– Two garage spaces and additional parking
– One baby bed/cot and 2 high chairs provided free of charge
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted at Libertas Hideaway.
Please note that all amenities provided are indicative. In case individual amenities should temporarily not be available or working as indicated, this is not a reason to decrease the rent or conditions of booking.

The villa is strategically located for easy access to popular tourist destinations in Tuscany, including Siena, Florence, and the Chianti region.

The great thing is that Libertas Tuscan Hideaway can be easily reached by car, all on paved roads – no gravel routes with potholes, as is so common with many other Tuscan villas. We highly recommend to come with your own car, or rent a car, as it is most convenient for getting around.However, transportation options, including taxis or local car services, are available for guests who choose not to rent a car.
Libertas Tuscan Hideaway is approximately 90km (70 minutes) from Florence Airport and 125km (130 minutes) from Pisa Airport.
Prices are listed per night without board. The rental includes exclusive use of the villa, including its private pool. Additional details on pricing, including electricity consumption, can be provided upon booking.
By Italian law, tourists must pay a „Tourist Tax“ of €2 per night for each person 12 years or older. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately on-site.
