Your stay includes:
– Exclusive use of Libertas Hideaway with its private pool
– Check-in at 4:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.
– Towels, pool towels, and bed sheets
– Free Wi-Fi
– Use of the washer and dryer
– Use of the sauna
– Wall box for charging electric vehicles
– Note that electricity consumption on top of a certain allotted consumption is charged separately (details provided upon booking)
– Two garage spaces and additional parking
– One baby bed/cot and 2 high chairs provided free of charge
If you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply: More than 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee. 3 months to 1 month before arrival– cancellation fee is 25% of the booking value. Less than 1 month before arrival– cancellation fee is 100% of the booking value (we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in case we can find new guests for that period).
The great thing is that Libertas Tuscan Hideaway can be easily reached by car, all on paved roads – no gravel routes with potholes, as is so common with many other Tuscan villas. We highly recommend to come with your own car, or rent a car, as it is most convenient for getting around.However, transportation options, including taxis or local car services, are available for guests who choose not to rent a car.
Please note that all amenities provided are indicative. In case individual amenities should temporarily not be available or working as indicated, this is not a reason to decrease the rent or conditions of booking.

By Italian law, tourists must pay a „Tourist Tax“ of €2 per night for each person 12 years or older. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately on-site.
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted at Libertas Hideaway.
